Indian Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) has criticized the Indian Navy for buying Russian MiG-29K fighter jets without associated weapon package.

Indian Navy intends to use MiG-29K fighter jets as part of air wing of the INS Vikramaditya aircraft carrier which is still being refit in the Russian shipyard.
